TCAdmin software issue (Resolved)

  • This is an issue which `Balance Servers/TCAdmin` caused in their software. Their software is closed source and as a result, they're also the only ones who can fix it.
    This is totally our of our control, and we're sadly unable to do much right now until they issue a fix.

    Thanks for the continued support. We're hoping to release our own panel to replace TCAdmin in the near-by future.
    I personally apologise for trusting their software and company in the first place.

  • After we identified and addressed non-critical issue on the machine it failed to come back online after a reboot.
    we're working with our upstream providers to get this issue resolved as soon as possible however, right now there is no ETA.

    We apologise for any inconveniences, and we're responding right now by giving all affected clients a 1-week extension on their service.

Switch maintenence (Resolved)

  • This is a notice about some emergency maintenence on part of our network which is just about to happen. This should last an hour.

    The reason we're doing this is because of recent packet loss, and connection issues. We've tried our hardest to resolve the issue - however it's come to light that a motherboard or a fiber optic in one of the switches is failing. Both are being replaced in attempt to solve this issue.
    If this does not solve the issue our upstream providers are going to aggresively replace all the hardware until the issue is resolved.

    I'm personally sorry it's taken us so long to do this - but it has been out of our control. However this should fix the issues once and for-all.

    We're looking into it, and currently we're waiting on an stream provider.

Control Panel Technical Issue (Resolved)

  • The TCAdmin master server is currently having issues after the latest update and in turn you may be unable to login.
    This issue has been reported to the relevent parties and a fix is going to be on its was as soon as possible, but due to the complexity of the situation this may take some time.
